Hi I’m Angela Jean and this is my space for all the things that inspire me creatively, ignite my soul and touch my heart.  Yogi, wife to my best friend, momma to Penny Moon, step momma to Lucas and soon to be momma to baby number 3!  Our house is full, crazy at times, and getting fuller…but I wouldn’t have it any other way.  I’ve been teaching yoga in Los Angeles for the last 10 years and during that time I’ve developed a celebrity clientele private practice, traveled the world, explored deep into the world of culinary delights, got married, designed our beautiful home and started a family.  It has been in that process that I’ve come to understand yoga as a lifestyle that extends far beyond the physical practice that originally drew me to it. It is a practice of mindfulness that we can bring into every aspect of our lives, from the way we interact with loved ones, they way we nourish ourselves, to the way we take care of our homes and the way we parent our little ones.  The connection, joy and creativity brought out by living a mindful and inspired life have inspired me to create a space where I can connect with all of you and encourage you to live your healthiest, most present, creative and inspired lives as well.  Please stay a while and take a look around.  Ask questions, leave comments, share your thoughts and feelings…I want this to be a space where we can all be open and feel the support of one another.  Whether you're a parent or not, married or single, working or studying or freely roaming the world in search of your purpose…we are all in this life together and have so much in common in simply having a human experience.
